Shipping Costs
Our shipping costs within UAE are AED 30 per order. For GCC shipping rates vary from AED 50- AED 100. For other parts of the Middle East rates vary.
Please note that some locations may have additional sales tax, duties and/or customs charges. These are charged by the relevant authorities in the destination country and is payable by the receiver/customer at the time of delivery. If fees are not paid, your order may be returned to us or continued to be held by the Customs or Government or other authority in the country of deliverance.
Delivery Timelines
We process and ship out all complete orders within 2-4 working days of receiving them. Below are average shipping times for each region based on courier provided information and our own experience. Note this may change from time-to-time depending on our courier partners and seasonalities.
